Our policy on returns is 30 days (except special order items). Returns are accepted on unused equipment still in its original packaging for up to 30 days. You will get a receipt with every purchase and it is important that you save that receipt.

If it is an issue of fit or comfort or just not what you were looking for, you may exchange or return the product as long as it is still in it's original packaging and never been used. We will refund or replace, however shipping charges in this instance are not refundable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable even on return items. If you received free shipping the actual cost will be deducted from the refund amount you receive.

To return an unused item, make a copy of your receipt, circle the item you are returning and write at the bottom of the receipt your reason for return (i.e. - Return for Refund, Return for exchange for ... ) Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable. We only refund shipping charges if a mistake by our company was made in your order.
